well PS3 had not much for themselves at launch and a lot of us claimed it was doomed look at it today in terms of marketshare it did a good job....
what PS fan miss to see is that even if PS4 blasts everybody out of the water at launch if Sony as whole doesn't climb back it won't make it to the 10 year mark of the next gen.... so even if it's a better box be careful with whome you invest your money.... cause a failing company is the last thing that attracts developers.... whether the product is good or not.....
and looking at MS ambition asa whole I'm more excited by anything MS has to offer..... within 15 years you'll have cross integration of almost anything running on electricity in your house... something that neither Sony nor Nintendo will ever achieve alone..... heck I could see a merging of Sony MS happen.... to fight off company like Samsung apple and Google.....
