The picture in the OP of Emma Watson is pretty old; she's 22 now, guys. I never watched Harry Potter so I don't have the misfortune of thinking of her as a little girl.
Based on just photogenic appeal I'd lean toward Watson but Stone has a very cool personality which adds to her attractiveness. They each have that unbeatable combination of cute and sexy, which I'm a sucker for.
Bottom line - I can't choose... they're both gorgeous.
