If it will do 100k people will said it's still not good because it dosn't have the same effect of the 3DS price cut,200k it won't happen but if it was possible they would said it dosn't metter the first week effect we should wait the long term effect
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
