Naughty dogs's crash bandicoot game are perfect the way they are. Just a slight graphic update is needed in my opinion.
Remake I want :
Kingdom hearts 1. A real remake. Not the 1.5 thing.
Devil may cry 1 : Not about the graphic, they're fine. Or maybe just the character 3D model. Just make the game faster, add a true story, some track from dmc2, dmc2 main DT and more sword combos.
Metal gear solid... I do not know about it.
