This can be cool. Gears has always emphasized in brutal, bloody shooting rather than story. Not that I mind, though. Although the third Gears had a cool story (I seemed to be the only one that liked it), and while I don't like this game in particular (Prequels tend to destroy franchises), this can be a step up in the right direction.
