I don't think that's going to happen. It how they explain the constant change in settings and given the ending of ACIII, it is reasonable to assume any trips into the animus are to find a way of stopping Juno. If this is the route the series is going down now, I seriously how when the Juno saga reahes its conclusion, it has a better resolution that the Desmond saga did.
