The game can't be made because MS controls Rare, and Rare is now a Kinect developer.

There is a 5% chance for a new KI, but only a .1% for a JFG.

They have a huge studio.  Those kinect games are basically printing money for them and takes very little time to make.  They are working on  other hardcore titles as well.
