To answer your question we would first need to know the locality, and associated legal system that would have jurisdiction in this matter. What certifies as a crime varies from location to location. In some places what you claim to have done just wouldn't meet the burden of proof that a crime had been committed. In other locations what you did might be considered a high crime worthy of corporal or capitol punishment. Most of us are just basing our arguments on what the law would be in our neck of the woods.

Where I live while she could file a complaint. She wouldn't have any say in whether anything was done about it. That is at the discretion of law enforcement to investigate, and the courts as to whether they wanted to attempt a prosecution. As it would be a gross waste of time, money, manpower, and highly unlikely to result in a conviction. Not to mention it would damage their reputations, and seeing as many elected officials would be involved. Who desperately need to be seen as being professional and competent to keep their jobs. It would be incredibly fucking unlikely that anything would happen.

Also if you live somewhere like where I live. Then you probably don't have anything to worry about in the context of a civil trial, because the case would be without merit. She probably wouldn't be able to find a lawyer to pursue it, because there wouldn't be any way for them to make money by doing so. Even if she decided to function as her own council, and bring it to trial. The Judge would see that the case was without merit, and would most likely throw the book at her for wasting the courts time. Basically the worst that could happen wouldn't even happen to you. She would get saddled with court costs, and she might even end up being found in contempt. If she behaves really badly.

If you live anywhere were the laws are similar to my local laws, and granted that you have been honest with us. I just don't see you having anything to worry about. She really cannot do anything to you, and she is probably just trying to intimidate you to cause you pain.
