Stay as far away from her as you possibly can. Go out, talk to 5-10 girls every night, even get shutted down from them, doesn´t matter, just suffer for other girls, divide your atention between several girls, things will get better.
Get close to a girl and say: "Be calm, I will not try to kiss you". And don´t do, just talk. In the end, say "Are thinking about kissing me?" If she says "No!" you say "Now you are". And smile, get some phone numbers, make some friends.
Also, get 3-4 interests to ocupy your mind, do something physical too.
And, STAY AWAY FROM HER.
