Don't worry, if it comes down to her trying to file charges they will give her a full psychological examination to determine the true extent to which she was distressed by your action. And given that it was just a common relationship issue that resulted in a hug, not an attack, the chances are the case would be thrown out by any judge worth their salt, if she can even get a proper lawyer to build a lawsuit. I doubt she would even want to spend the enormous amount of time.
