As an ex cop from the state of Georgia, if I were convinced that she believed she was in danger and that you intended to cause that fear, you could be charged with simple assault without ever even laying a hand on her.
I don't think you did anything threatening, though. Also, WTF!? If all of this is actually going on (this thread and last thread), just leave the girl alone for a while. Don't make contact with her in any way whatsoever.
