it's not cheating to think about sleeping with someone else. but with what you just posted you can question her heart, and if the relationship is strong enough to survive the chance she might cheat.
even though she didn't physically cheat. the chance for it to happen is very real.
oh yea just one more thing. she wanted to get caut. find out what's wrong, cause there has to be an underlying problem.
