She knew full well what she was doing. Everything you need to know is in the message you showed us. She had every inclination to cheat; especially since she actually went to meet him. I do not know everything that is happening in your relationship, but I do not condone cheating. If the relationship is bad, either work on it or get out of it.
You need to end it and move on. I know at times this is easier said than done. The sooner you end it, the sooner you can move on. Best thing would be to cut her out of your life completely; at least until you have moved on.
