Well a lot of the third party titles are super late releases so they don't really count. Why would anyone pay 50-60$ (not sure of the pricing) for Mass Effect 3 or Batman when both came out months ago for console most gamers already have?
-Problem with COD is that people buy that on systems that their friends have
-I personally don't ACIII was a very good game
There haven't been many big 3rd party releases besides those two that were released simultaneously across all consoles.
