1) If you build the PC yourself you want to buy Windows. So the $75 must be added
2) I use only laptops and consoles for gaming. I don't have any m&k, thank you. the Mac trackpad does a terrific job. Regarding the monitor you can skip it only because one could use the television, since as a laptop user for sure I don't have any monitor either.
4) add the cost of a Xbox controller. There is no way that I would play games with m&k.
Total cost for the extra? At least $150-$200 more for anything decent quality (not even the best).
