have a closer look at NA and Europe and you'll notice 2 things: firstly the PS3 sells much better than the 360 in all non-english speaking countries that are tracked directly here, secondly the 3DS only really sells gangbuster in Japan (it's considerably below 360+PS3 elsewhere right now)
those 2 things put together make it seem quite believable that the PS3 is doing better than 360 and 3DS in that "mystical rest of the world" how you like to put it - I heard in Brasil the 360 has started to pick up a lot due to it being made there and offered at good prices though
having said all that, I'm personally not too interested in conversation about some 10k here and there in weekly data, as I'm aware that vgc recently (the last year or so) didn't manage to match shipment data with their tracking as closely as before, so I expect the numbers to be subject to change anyway
