That article is definitely biased, the PS3 is still losing to Microsoft and Nintendo in worldwide sales. There aren't official numbers for units sold yet. Don't understand why people are touting Sony's 77 million consoles shipped number, that's SHIPPED not sold! Microsoft still has a huge lead in software sales, and whoever leads in software is winning in hardware. Sony didn't force anybody to do anything, but they did influence Nintendo and Microsoft in some ways. Just like Nintendo and Microsoft influenced Sony, it's called competition. These kind of articles aggravate me because people act like Sony can do no wrong. The PS3 almost bankrupted Sony and the PS4 unveiling just seemed like a desperate attempt for Sony to try to stay relevant, people have moved on... Sony is not as strong a brand that it once was, and people need to get real.
