The "PC will always be more powerful" comments are true in theory.
Yes I know some PC's can run Crysis 3 at Ultra/Max settings and current or next gen consoles can't touch that. But how many PC's can do that? Your average PC in the homes in the United States can not currently do that.
So it's more than a little misleading when you see Crysis 3 running on Hi-Performance setting for a PC. Because there are so many PC's out there that can't do that. Sure Crysis 3 could look that good... for some maybe
However when you see footage of The Last Of Us, every PS3 will be capable of doing exactly that.
So yes PC's can always look better than Consoles. But not at a Console price point.
If the PC community would like to provide a link to that PC that is $250 that outperforms a PS3/360, I'd love to see it
