I am beyond stunned at the level thought put into this topic......perhaps it is I who have misjudged Soriku....
But I have to disagree nevertheless with your assertion that FF is casual. Casual vs hardcore is an issue of willingness to invest time/energy into playing a game. FF requires large amounts of time to complete and that makes it a hardcore game imo.
