The thing is, even if the PS4 and 720 have methods to stop used games, I don't see them making the disc a coaster if you trade it in. It would more likely still be something you can activate for an extra fee, just like the online pass. I don't believe they'd simply cut out GameStop. They don't want used games to go away as much as they just want their cut.
