He is right in a lot of points...
- A super high-end PC is more powerful than PS4? Yes... PC will destroy the PS4.
- A PC hardware similar to PS4 give you the same performance? No. PS4 will destroy the PC with similar hardware.
- The PS4 at $400 will have better performance than a $1000 PC? Yes... it is.
To have the same perforamance than PS4 you will need a Intel Core i5/i7 + 8GB RAM + GTX 680/HD 7970... anything below that will have less performance than a PS4 IMO.
