I think Nintendo has the best chance of winning E3. They've already announced four huge games to be unveiled, plus you have to assume a 3DS Zelda is on the way.

Just from what they've announced so far this year (except Zelda 3DS) to be shown at E3, this is looking like it will be one of the strongest line-up's Nintendo has ever had at an E3 show. And they need it to be strong, too. Competition has never been tougher than it is now.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
