Sure some of them are good games, but their are so many good games out there atm from developer who are way more deserving of your money. Too bad they are the only option for some games (mainly sport games that they bought exclusive rights to, aka NFL). Doesn't bother me that much since I haven't bought a sports game since 2K2, 2K3. I believe they had to give up their monopoly on the NCAA in order to keep their NFL monopoly though. Usually, there are better alternatives (2K sport games over EA) but sometimes they just own the complete market through monopolistic deals. How good is EA at making sport games? Just look at NBA Live.
