There is no evidence that Sony wanted another game from Ninja Theory, but there is evidence that Heavenly Sword 2 was in development at some point:

Thing is, it was in development at their Cambridge Studio.  So whether they asked NT and they declined; or simple went ahead without them, I do not know.
