I wish all this timed exclusivity would just blow over. It hasn't affected any games I've been bothered about so far, but it just seems so inane. And that goes for Sony's attempts to get it too.

The only time it's effected me was with Fallout: New Vegas DLC.  I bought the game new and was still playing off and on when the first DLC was released--for the 360 ONLY.  I would have bought it day one if I could have and fully intended to do so before I found out.

What happened instead was that by the time it was released for PC, I was done with the game so it didn't tempt me.  It pissed me off enough at Bethesda that I decided not to buy anything else at full price from them, especially DLC.  If they want me to wait then I'll bloody well wait.  I guess I should thank them, though, since I ended up grabbing all the DLC during a Steam sale for $2.50 each.

I hope it was worth it for them.
