Just to be clear... it's not because the Cell's power... it's more because the unique Cell's architecture... maybe you need a CPU and a GPU together to emulate the Cell even so emulate the parallel SPUs is harder.

PC have power to emulate but I think not knowledge do emulate the Cell... and try to known the Cell for emulation I think it's a long term task.

The PS2 emulation have a lot of issues yet.

oh yeah, I know, but there was that rumor about the cell on a card for 99$ we were hearing about a while ago..
