No, looking at the games shown at the PS4 announement I feel that the visual leap by the PS4 is big but not nearly as big as the jump from the 6th to 7th gen.

Then again I'm comparing an almost finished game with one in mid-development which was built on specs weaker than what the final PS4 will have. I'm sure KZ:SF will look significantly better than any current gen game when it's done, then we'll have to see what Sony Santa Monica, Polyphony Digital and ND can do with the PS4. I bet that the jump in graphics will eventually be as big as the 6-7 gen jump once Sony's best developers release their 2nd gen PS4 games.
