Platinum is just the King of HnS right now. Excited for what's to come on all consoles^^

That title goes to Sony Santa Monica, and whoever is saying otherwise is simply hating on them. Hell I would argue that Ninja Theory is sharing second with Platinum.

I still havent played MGR, but seeing how overrated Bayonetta was, I doubt I will give it a try anytime soon, especially seeing how huge my backlog is (and that includes the MGS HD collection).

Edit: almost forgot Mercury Steam... so yeah, in best case they can take 3rd

Thank you for respecting my opinion...

Bayonetta > God of War IMO

Well Im sorry if I offend you, but you either havent played both games, you like oversexualized japanese fantasy stories or you simply havent played HnS games for long enough to know what a trully balanced gameplay experience means.

Castlevania, GoW and even the latest DmC are far more polished gameplay wise then Bayonetta.

Allas, I still have to play MGR, so I will keep my judgement about the game for later...

It takes more than a comment about HnS games to offend me :D

And you might be right with the balancing, I play HnS games more for the setting and story than the actual gameplay (which is still important to some degree). Since you seem to know more about HnS than me, would you recommend me DmC (the reboot) or Dante's Inferno more? I'm quite interested in Dante's Inferno's setting (I've actually read the book and am interested in how they interpreted it), but what I've seen about the game so far seemed to be pretty dull. DmC has a cool artstyle IMO but I'm absolutely not familiar with the story.

Which one should it be?

Well I only played DmC a bit thus far, and I can already tell you that I like it more than DI from a gameplay perspective. Im not acustomed to the 360 controller, and played it on a 360, but I got the hang of it fast. DI was a visually pretty good game, I liked how the look of the game changed as you progressed, but it was a bit short, and IMO it is a decent modern interpretation of the poem and I would deffinatly like a sequel. Yes, the ending was rushed, and I couldent totally get over the ripoff feeling, but even so it was good, hell even the PSP version is enjoyable.

But seeing that DI can be bought for 5$ at the bargain bin, you cant go wrong Also seeing the sales of DmC I would wait for a couple of months to pick it up at the same low price

Haha, thank you. I'd have waited either way, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for WiiU and 3DS is going to rip a hole in my gaming budget this month :D
