Gears of War Franchise on PlayStation 4

I read an article on IGN recently that raised doubts in me that Gears will come over to Playstation. They suggested that was why some of their devs (like Cliffy) were leaving (because more Gears games were in the pipeline and maybe the devs wanted to do other creative works). Of course, it is just a theory and nothing concrete. We will have to wait and see. Either way if it doesn't come over I won't lose sleep nor will I find myself purchasing an Xbox to play the series.
