Yep, 2013's Pirelli's, but according to Pirelli the tests haven't been indicative of racing conditions due to "strange weather" though.

Yep too cold in Barcelona for this time of year according to Pirelli and the track is Jerez was too abrasive for proper tire testing, or so they say.
