Former FBI profiler says games do not cause violence

I feel like that says she DOES say they cause violence.  I mean she says it doesn't... but then wants a  stricter videogame rating.

I mean, she's basically saying "Violent videogames aren't going to cause someone who won't hurt someone to hurt someone.

However they will make someoen who is kind of violent, act on that violence sooner and more often.

Which to me still counts as "Causing Violence."
