Out of all the rep responses. ONLY 1 was an actual reply, the others were all standard copy and paste answers.
He could very well have issued me a temporary key to be used on a trial installation or even added trial time to my already existing account.
Point is, he told me to wait a day and come back before they would work on my case when THERE WERE OTHER OPTIONS available. Then CLOSED the session ON THE CLIENT lol. That's just beyond poor service.
It's all good, I called Microsoft today (Monday) and they fixed the problem, issued me a full refund and let me keep the 4 years sub I originally purchased.
We're good again Microsoft!
But I might still get the PS4!
