word by word it's: "today| on PS4 | real/actual/real-time | running | footage | you/all of you | deliver | want" or how I would put it "today we want to deliver you footage that is running on PS4 in real time"
especially the phrase "jissai ugoiteru eizou" is what I know as "footage running in real-time" (from famitsu articles or game trailers) as opposed to "footage running on a real/actual xxx" which probably is another interpretation you could get from these words
but the footage obviously isn't "ingame", it's very likely all scripted
