I would rather have a New Alan Wake for the ps4 than another gears. Gears has become stale and a new one would be just plain old milking it. Alan Wake I really liked however and cant wait to play #2. Crash Bandicoot is a game dear to my hear and to many millions of gamers wii, ps3, and xbox alike and this would help sony regain fans from their prime era of gaming.
Just look at google trends Crash Bandicoot is still beating all other platformers of similar type and ones which even came out recently. Hell it's beating spyro who is lead in skylanders ;)
