I ended up focused on the word "blockbuster". As of now, I don't see turn-based being part of anything being blockbuster, or even AAA level production, unless you look to Square Enix. Doesn't mean they aren't done, just not a main focus. For western turn-based stuff, best to look towards computers anyhow, as the PC strategy crowd is where is at for western stuff. On that note, the biggest turn-based game released this generation on consoles is like X-Com: Enemy Unknown.
