i'm not sure i really know the definition of "indie" so don't shoot me if i got this wrong but i most think about the small scale developers (psn/xbl)
braid, flower, fat princess, echochrome, lost winds, world of goo, outland, and pixal junk eden.
..each of these were very impactful on me.
