Lets face it.. By the time you've bought a game an extra controller and the cheapest PS4 system you're going to be looking at well over 500 dollars taxes in. Only a amatuer analyist would predict huge sales for the machine in it's first year or so.

It will most likely start at $400-450, and be upgradable. Sony will take the hit for the console as they always have.

Yeah but once you've bought that game to play and an extra controller you're going well over 500 dollars with tax in.

Thats the thing, we don't know the price.

If it launches at 299.99 i could see it taking off quite quickly. But consoles over that price never fly off shelves.
