You can tell which video game companies are cheap based on if they offer a manual or not.
Honestly, the Playstation Vita doesn't need manuals, the way they handled the manuals is very easy to navigate. What pisses me off is when DIGITAL manuals show nothing(Like Earth Defense Portable) for the love of god, are developers that lazy and cheap to take an hour and make a decent manual?
EA, Capcom, THQ, Warner Brothers, and Sony are notorious for ripping off customers and providing no manual.
NHL 12 pissed me off because I knew how to do no moves, and had to look them up.
I honestly missed the days of 120 page game manuals, because, the manuals actually mattered.
At least the Ragnarok Odyssey Mercenary Edition included a PROPER instruction manual, even if it's technically a game guide in a mini book.
Seems like the only way you are going to get a decent instruction manual is to buy a strategy guide, and then hope the information isn't outdated, like in Diablo 3 or MMORPG's. At least if the strategy guides go digital, then maybe then, they will get updated with proper information.

Care to tell me which Sony games have no manual? Because I have almost all the PS3 exclusives and I fail to find one that has no manual (even if they are 7-pages manuals, they are manuals)...
