Ms has gotten much better at making hardware, so no big deal there. They are a software company, so i expect some nice features in the next xbox.
However, their yearning to be like Apple is going to be their undoing. The Mass market moves on very quicly to other things. Kinect will never be as hyped as before no matter what they do, unless they bring something else to the table, something new.
I have said it so many times, the 360 had some major advantges, ms wont have this generation. They will be in 3rd place again, but much quicker.
