Heres what kept me with ms: 5 months in. Rrod. Free replacement. 8 months in, ps3 gets ylod. No free replacement from sony. 2 months later. Xbox gets rrod. Again. Replaced for free.
My xbox got rrod 5x. Replaced and got upgraded to system with hdmi for free. And they gave me gold membership for a year.
Thats part of the reason why i still trust them.
