I agree with a lot of what he said but he still comes across as a bit of an apologist. Investors and analysts are worried on a few fronts and with good reason. Still, that's far from saying the company is dying. Microsoft is healthy and will be healthy for many years. The things analysts are raising red flags on are probably minor, but it's also important how Microsoft addresses them.
Minor problems now can turn into trends with serious consequences down the road.
