Key word is he said "he THINKS" they have shipped 77 million. Another key word is "shipped." It is highly possible that PS3 could have in fact SOLD 73-74 million and have another 12 or 3 million sitting around.

You are misquoting him. He did NOT say 'shipped' he said 'sold':

Clearly now you are going to say that he meant 'shipped' but that doesn't change the fact that in order to make a point you misquoted the OP. Perhaps he says 'he thinks' because he only knows the shipped numbers and he's estimating how many of those shipped numbers have sold?

Anyway, I thought it didn't matter anymore?
