Just because someone's opinion differs from your own doesn't mean they're shoving the opinion down your throat. Besides. A lot of the statements forevercloud3000 made are fact, not opinion. Although there are also opinions in that post as well.
I bought a PS3 at FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE US DOLLARS, but it's a fact that any 360 owner who has used Live since launch, whether it was on sale or regularly priced, has paid more than I did at this point in time.
The amount of 360 system failures is a fact. My 360 died once, I got it replaced, then sold it and all my games. I have one friend who sent his 360 back five times and I wasn't going to go through the hassle. There are some people who haven't had one issue with their original model 360. You people are lucky.
That said, I'll eventually get a 360 Slim for some games I want to play on it if the Next Box doesn't have bc. If the Next Box has backwards compatibility, I'm going to just hold onto the games I want to play for quite some time and get the system when it's around $200.
