I think it will be like it was with the PS2. In 2013 strongly supported, 2014 less support from 1st party studios, but still good support. Third parties could go on supporting it until 2015.

The only difference I can see with the PS3 versus the PS2 may be... isn't the PS2 easier to develop for than the PS3? If PS4 is more lucrative because of time versus possible gain, then perhaps people will move onto PS4 quicker... not to say no games will come out. I think they still will for a while longer.
