Sony: PSN games won't transfer to the PS4, nor will your game saves

Already own:

Psx (european and american)
PS2(european and american) (some ps1 games give me trouble on ps2 consoles)
PS3

I'd like to clean out my closet for once. Now even all the jrpg's that i bought from PSN, which i incidentally already own on disc, won't be transferable to PS4?
