I can tell you from what I played of Tokitowa (Time and Eternity) the game is absolutely hilarious in some of the dialogue, but don't expect much out of the "full animation". It's not very smooth at all and the quality is doujin (amateur) level. Don't expect much out of the cheesy story or combat either. This game released in Japan and just sort of faded out of consciousness.
Then again, Ni no Kuni and Xenoblade totally bombed in Japan and the West loved them.
