It was in the electronics/gadget sections of our papers but didn't exactly get stellar reports...a lot of headlines were along the lines of 'fans not happy with ps4'...I've read a few local articles focusing on apparent negative reports via social media where, the papers have claimed, fans were disappointed Sony didn't actually show the console and felt that the conference contained a lot of padding ( didn't watch it myself so no idea if this is true? I've only read about it)...a lot of articles here ( in Australia) are also saying things like 'SONY is attempting to launch a new console in this iPhone/ipad driven era' which is exactly what they were writing last year about Nintendo...
And I've noticed a lot of my nerdy friends have made some negative remarks and jokes here and there...outside of vgchartz, I've found public opinion to be not exactly positive at this stage...still any publicity is good publicity eh?
( I have a bad feeling about this.)
