i think it is suppose to drive current customers into repeat customers. really no different than windows phone, 8, surface interaction or IOs phone, tablet, mac book interaction. first create the ecosystem and some consumers will choose to live inside it.
..at OP. w00t! very excited about this feature and quite glad to see it will be at launch and not "at some point".
