I do also didn't see the need to change, still really don't see the need to change other then BD is the next new shiny tech, I may totally skip BD and go digital because that the next thing.

I don't own a BR player, but I refuse to watch movies in SD. It's horrid. Simply horrid.

OT: I've always expected PS4 to output 4k, but I still think that there's no way it's gonna be playing games at that res.

SD and most if not all streaming(sub standard compressed picture dolby digital at best mostly 2.0) is barbaric
