Well, you can't, but the fact is 30FPS is far worse for a shooter than 60FPS, in my opinion obviously.

BF3 online with 30 FPS (Dedicated servers) > CoD online with 60 FPS (One host).

As long as it has dedicated servers (which it will), I'll be happy for my multiplayer experience.
